1. The AASM is delighted to welcome our new Treasurer Priyanka Shivran who was elected at our recent AGM. Priyanka is the CFO of West Australian Transport company, Freight Lines Group. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a chartered accountant. Over the years, she has gained experience in diverse industries such as mining, logistics and non-profits. Priyanka has eight years working in non-profits, this includes leading an annual business plan for clinics in Uganda and introducing whistle-blowing policies. Having lived and worked in over eight countries such as India, Malawi, Liberia, Singapore, France, and the United Kingdom, she now calls Perth her home.
